Our first snow less Christmas in Seattle turned out to be our best Christmas ever! We were together with all of our children and their families with Maggie and Tommy joining by a long distance speaker phone call to catching them in Chicago. The food was great, the conversations endless, but the best part was the spiritual connection. Way cool! The gift giving structure devised by Maria, now known as the "8 x 11's", was sincere and emotionally rewarding. Sure to be added as a new tradition for years to come
